Shipping policy
• Shipping areas: We ship within Pakistan (currently across Lahore only). If you need delivery outside our available zones, contact support at hello@collegeroad.co or call +92-300 944 6151.
• Processing time: Orders process in 3-4 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays). Custom or made-to-order items take 7–14 business days.
• Shipping methods & transit times:
Standard ground (within Lahore): 2 business days from dispatch.
• Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, destination, and chosen service. Free standard shipping for orders over PKR [amount].
• Assembly & packaging: Furniture items are shipped flat-packed and designed for simple assembly using a mallet. We use reinforced packaging and internal padding to minimise transit damage. Please keep packaging until you’ve inspected the item.
• Tracking: Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships. Use the provided link to monitor delivery. Contact hello@collegeroad.co if tracking doesn’t update within 48 hours of dispatch.
• Delivery requirements: Someone must be available to receive and inspect the delivery. Pickup is also available for Lahore only — contact us for more info.
• Damages and missing items: Inspect your order on delivery and report damage or missing parts within 48 hours with photos and your order number. For reported shipping damage, we will arrange replacement parts, a replacement item, or a full refund and cover return shipping when required.
• Failed deliveries & returns to sender: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unclaimed packages, additional shipping charges apply to re-ship. If we cannot re-ship, a refund will be issued minus original shipping and return costs.
• Order changes & cancellations: Request changes within 6 hours of order placement. After dispatch, orders cannot be changed; cancellation may incur restocking or shipping fees.
