Refund policy
- We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements only for items damaged or broken during shipping.
- To be eligible, any damage must be reported immediately upon receipt. Please inspect your order on delivery and email hello@collegeroad.co straight away if any issues are found. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with your order number and delivery date.
- We may request additional photos or a short video to assess damage. Do not discard packaging until your claim is resolved.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (item cost + original shipping) within 7–14 business days after we confirm the damage. Refunds return to the original payment method.
- We can provide assembly support: most items assemble easily with a mallet; if damage occurred during assembly, provide photos of the damaged parts and packaging.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect color/size selection, or normal wear and tear after assembly.
- Items must be inspected by the carrier or returned according to our instructions if we require the item back. We cover return shipping for confirmed shipping damage; otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Custom, made-to-order, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective or damaged in transit.
- If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange collection and replacement at no extra cost.
